Your purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, which is available through our online store.

LOCKED IN COMMAND is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, sales and purchases you make through our store are made directly with LOCKED IN COMMAND LLC.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not the seller of LOCKED IN COMMAND merchandise and is not responsible for sales between you and LOCKED IN COMMAND LLC, including injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with LOCKED IN COMMAND LLC.

THIS INCLUDES, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
